On Sunday mornings throughout Lent we place symbols on the Lenten Cross. The cross, made out of the Christmas tree, is on display at the front of the church and each week in Lent a different symbol of Christ’s suffering, which has been taken from the Biblical story of the passion, is placed on the cross by members of the congregation.
